Sunrise Key West

Today after my 6 A.M. workout I decided to grab the D2X and head west. I parked at the spot this photo was taken but I took a small walk about 10 minutes before to scout some other positions. When I looked back by my truck there was an older man standing in "this" spot taking pictures. He just happened to have a Pentax *ist DS, the first DSLR that I ever owned. He was kind enough to share "my" spot with me when the time arose. Nikon D2X, Nikon 17-55mm f/2.8, ISO 320 @ f/8 1/320 of a second. Enjoy, JP

This is one of my favorites. The gold hues and the contrast is sort of magical. It has that feel of the evening dusk that, to be frank, creates the best mood to make-out, or get it on. Way to capture it and inspire the senses. Lauren
