Galapagos Landscapes

Although it is known for dense population of incredible animal life and rough volcanic geography, landscape photography seemed to be a last thought for this trip. I don't think any of us imagined the veiws to be as spectacular as they are, unless of course our guide trekked us to the peak of a mountain. And even then most of us didn't even go. The landscapes are some of my favorite photos taken from the Galapagos. They were all pleasently simple but all a distinct feeling. I'm not sure if its just the memory of the moments that make them so special or maybe just living on an island for so long but the terrain was something I have never seen. Not even in Hawaii. I thought they were worth sharing with you. Enjoy, JP.
